Welcome! My name is Kristal and I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I have received my Diploma (Hons) in Natural Nutrition. Before my studies, I went through my own health issues, and I experienced first hand the power of Nutrition.

I have regenerated my body from a number of health issues, through diet and lifestyle changes. A bit of a back story...I was born and raised in Canada, eating the traditional Standard American diet (SAD) food, of heavy meat (processed), dairy, junk food, lots of fast food and processed foods. I rarely ate any fruits or vegetables. I thought like many other people that this was the normal diet for humans, and it was very much a part of holidays, parties and family traditions. When I got health issues, I never questioned the connection between the food that I was eating over the years, and how it affected my body. At the time, I thought these health issues were a part of my genetics - something that I could not change or control. I went to several Doctors, and I never got to the root issue of my symptoms. I remember one visit in particular, I asked the Doctor if any of these health issues could be anything that I was doing, and their answer was "No, it's nothing you're doing."

This answer did not sit well with me and I continued seeking answers and truth. This lead me on a path where I started studying Nutrition day and night, and then I decided to finally make a change. I was inspired by the famous quote by Albert Einstein: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results.” I was at the point where I finally had enough of these health issues, and I decided to radically change my diet and lifestyle. In doing so, I have regenerated my body from a number of health issues that I’ve had since I was young! This includes: Acne, Ovarian cysts, PMS, bowel problems, constipation, endometriosis, Candida and the list goes on! I am now no longer on any medication for acne, and I'm clear of ovarian cysts and endometriosis shown on the ultra sound results.
